Logos

A logo, short for logotype, is simply an image or text that is used to represent a business or other organizations. These images are typically very distinct, and they are often used as symbols to represent specific brands. In a way, a logo is a unique identity for a brand.

 Corporate Identity and Stationery Design

Corporate Identity expresses your business's brand personality and sets you apart from the competition.

Corporate identity is often seen as a collection of visual elements, which are used in various applications to promote the image of an organisation. Originally, it was synonymous with organisational nomenclature, logos, the house style and visual elements, but in time visual identity and corporate strategy have become inextricably linked. Some marketing specialists regard corporate identity as the core of an organsation's existence, made up of its history, beliefs, philosophy, technology, people, its ethical and cultural values and strategies. Corporate identity also helps determine the positioning of an organisation in terms of its markets and competitors.

Business Card

A good business card should convey the overall image of your business, which isn't always easy, considering the card measures just 2 inches by 3 inches. So how can you possibly get a message across in such a small amount of space?

  • Use your logo as the basis. Make it the largest element on the card. Keep it simple. Don't cram too much information on the card.
  • Do include the essentials--your name, title, company name, address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address--and make sure your name and business name are immediately identifiable. Make sure the typeface is easily readable. Stick to one or two colors. Make sure it's easy to read.
